What is an AI readiness assessment?
A short, structured review of your processes, data, licences and security. It ends with a ranked list of AI projects worth doing, what each one needs, and anything that has to be fixed first — usually file permissions and data that lives in the wrong place.
Which AI tool is right for our business — ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini or Claude?
It depends on what you already run and what the work is. Copilot fits teams living in Microsoft 365, Gemini fits Google Workspace, and ChatGPT and Claude are strong general assistants for writing, analysis and documents. We are not tied to any vendor: we test the options on your real tasks and recommend the one that fits, and often more than one.
Is it safe to use AI tools like ChatGPT or Copilot with our business data?
It can be, on business plans set up properly. Free consumer chatbots may use what you paste in; business versions of ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini and Claude keep your data out of training. Assistants connected to your files follow your existing permissions — so if a folder is shared too widely, the AI will surface it. We tighten permissions and set clear rules before anything is rolled out.
Can an AI receptionist answer our business phone?
Yes. An AI receptionist can answer after hours or when lines are busy, take messages, book appointments and answer common questions, then transfer to a person when a caller needs one. We connect it to your existing VoIP system and keep your number.
Will AI replace our staff?
That is not how we set it up. The goal is to take the repetitive work off your team so they spend their time on customers and judgement. Anything with real consequences keeps a person approving it.
How long does an AI project take?
An assessment takes a couple of weeks. A first workflow is typically live within a few weeks after that, depending on the systems involved. We measure it before starting the next one.
Do we need to be a big company to use AI?
No. Small businesses often see results fastest, because a few hours saved each week matters more when the team is small and the processes are simple enough to change quickly.
